Where can I find my girl gang?
Meet us at fun events that will help you form lasting friendships with supportive women who are chasing their dreams (just like you).
We start with a supportive environment of smart business women in the Dayton, OH area. Then, after a light breakfast and networking, we kick off the fun with Hot Seats. Entrepreneurs take turns on the Hot Seat, sharing a business challenge, idea or opportunity with the rest of the group. Everyone in the audience contributes advice and feedback. The rounds continue with new women in the Hot Seat for the rest of the event. This experience can be transformative for your business and your network--don't miss it!
For the Cinci-tucky area's Woman-Owned Businesses (that's where the "WOB" comes from), we create a safe, comfortable environment for honest and vulnerable conversations about business challenges and work-life harmony. In each session, we break into groups of 6-10 women. We'll have 20 minutes of topic-based discussions and then two 20-minute "Sweet Seats." For the Sweet Seats, one of the business owners
Twice a month, we gather a group for networking, refreshments and a speaker. The topics range from mindset to marketing, hiring to goal setting. It's typically a dozen or so women, every one of them curious and friendly. We host the events around the region and hope you can join us!
The leaders at the WBC can answer your questions and connect you with valuable resources.

Alumni Advice: The Benefits of Community
"Don’t go it alone. Find as many resources as you can up front. Talk to anyone and everyone who will listen. Ask the hard questions. What I have found is people will tell you what they think makes them sound better/smarter/more successful and they leave out the more ‘embarrassing’ things. People need real talk. No sugar coating. Find a community who will give you that."
