"Retail Takeover" Vendor Rental, Aviatra-Staffed

Access: You will receive a door code and have full access to the popup retail space during your rental period. You may not share this code with others.

Table setup: If you'd like to drop off your merchandise in advance, we will set up your table according to your wishes. Alternatively, you can come on Saturday morning and set it up and leave.

Aviatra staffing: Either Jasmine or Jill will staff your table, helping customers and directing their payment to your preferred method. We recommend printing a QR code for your Venmo and other payment options.

At the end of the selling day, please pick up your merchandise by 6:00 pm.

Suggestions for success:

• Promote ahead of time. Print signs, flyers, etc. to display in the space and hand out in the neighborhood.
• Promote on social and tag Aviatra Accelerators and the Covington Farmer's Market.
• Use the chalkboard easel sign to welcome the people passing by.
• You may bring a speaker and play music if you want.
• You may serve snacks and beverages as long as they do not contain alcohol.

Restrictions: 

• You may not burn candles or anything else.
• You may not sell or give away alcohol without an official permit/license.

Your Responsibilities: 

• You are responsible for providing Aviatra and customers with links to your payment options. You are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax.
• Be kind and courteous to the other tenants, co-workers and folks in the building.
