WOB Crawl

More than 100 attendees come out for a fun day of shopping, sipping, and snacking at some of the many woman-owned and women-led businesses in Cincinnati's OTR neighborhood.

To get the most benefits (including more promotion of your business), sign up to participate by

March 31. The final deadline to sign up to be part of the Crawl is April 5.

​

Here’s how the Crawl will work:

Attendees will start at the registration area at Aviatra on Pike St. to pick up their map and wristband.

 

Then, they will visit the businesses on our curated map, shopping, eating and drinking along the way.

 

They will be able to meet you and other amazing women entrepreneurs, get special discounts, and connect with the woman-led business community in Covington.

Attendees are incentivized to visit more than half of the businesses, which gives them extra raffle entries.

What’s in it for you?

 

In exchange for a participation fee of $50, you will get:

​

• Your name, logo and business description on the printed map and Aviatra’s WOB Crawl webpage

• Inclusion in the press release about the event, if you're first 5 businesses to sign up 

• An estimated more than 100 shoppers visiting and/or learning about you and your business

• Exposure on Aviatra's social channels, email newsletters and planned day-of news coverage

• A poster to display in your business and a sidewalk dot sticker to go outside your door (in advance)

 

What do you need to do?

To participate you need to:

​

• Sign up to participate (click the button below)

• Choose a discount or special deal offered to attendees (they will all have a wristband)

• Pay the participation fee of $50

• Donate one item for a raffle prize

• Display the WOB Crawl poster and sidewalk dot sticker

• Provide business info and your logo for use on our promotional materials

• Be open on Saturday April 25 

• Stamp the maps of the attendees during the crawl

 

The WOB Crawl is a fundraiser for Aviatra Accelerators, so all proceeds will benefit women entrepreneurs in our region!
