If you are a woman business owner who cannot yet afford market-rate office space, you are welcome to "incubate" at Aviatra!
We offer non-renewable, 6-month leases starting at $300/month to help you grow your business to the point where you can afford market rate rent.

In addition to helping you with low-cost rent, we also include membership in Aviatra's paid community, which offers support and accountability to get you to the next level of growth.

The purpose of the Incubator
The mission of both Aviatra Accelerators and the Aviatra Incubator is to empower women entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses. The Incubator is an expansion of this mission.
By offering affordable offices and co-working memberships that include the accountability and support that come with Aviatra's paid community, the women we serve will have the resources to grow their businesses faster and with more confidence.

Muse Boutiques Retail Incubator
We are excited to offer a collective marketplace for women entrepreneurs to showcase their products. The bright space has huge windows that face Pike Street, beautiful wood floors, full or partial walls and display furniture. There are also two bathrooms that can serve as dressing rooms.
Muse Boutiques will be open and staffed Wednesdays - Sundays from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm. The Grand Opening will be April 15.

Event, Meeting &Classroom Spaces
Our beautiful and inviting space offers the perfect venue for people of any gender to host business events, including classes, meetings, retreats and off-site gatherings.
The space rentals all include:

A personal key code to enter

Large TV that connects to your laptop or our computers

Dry erase boards, markers, printer and other office supplies

Kitchen and coffee bar (free coffee and tea)

Event manager to help with setup, teardown and anything you need for your event

No restrictions on outside food or caterers (we can even help you arrange catering)
The rentable spaces include:
The Classroom
Furnished with chairs, rolling tables, 3 whiteboards and a large TV, this space can seat up to 20.
Pricing: $300 for 4 hours (nonprofit rate: $200/4 hours)
The Lounge
Gather on comfy chairs and couches, work facing the huge windows or enjoy the table areas. The lounge can seat up to 25 people.
Pricing: $200 for 4 hours
Huddle Room
Use this room for small meetings or Zoom calls. It seats up to 4.

By offering below market-rate offices for 6-month leases to women business owners, as well as coaching and other benefits, we provide the resources and support to grow to the next level.
