Please fill out the following form to nominate someone for the Paying It Forward Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

If you'd like to nominate someone you do not know well, we suggest you share this webpage with them so they can nominate themselves, since they will be able to answer all the questions. They will be flattered you thought of them!

You will be asked to upload three letters of recommendation from business associates, customers, team members or community partners, including one from a beneficiary of the nominee's philanthropic efforts. Please do not include letters from the nominee's personal friends or family.

You will not be able to save the nomination form as you go, so please have everything ready before you begin.

The winners will be notified at the beginning of August and celebrated at Flight Night, September 5, 2024. Good luck!
