Here are all the details:

Onboarding

When you join, you'll meet on Zoom with Jill to share your vision and income goals for the next 12 months. Together, you will create a monthly sales plan to reach those goals.

You'll also receive your customized Income Tracker, which you will use to note your progress each month.

Weekly Accountability Zooms

Each Monday morning at 8:30 (or however often you can jump on), we have our Accountability Calls on Zoom. This is open to both VIBE and VIP members.

We keep a running Google sheet to track what you planned to get done. I'll ask you how it went and what you plan to do in the upcoming week.

It's a low-pressure and non-judgmental way to keep making progress every week.

Monthly "Power Circle" Masterminds

The mastermind members meet on Zoom at 9:00 am on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

The format of each Power Circle is:

Before the meeting, each member completes a brief monthly revenue check-in and reflection exercise for the previous month
9:00-9:15: Members share their reflections and one win from the past month
9:15-9:45: First "sweet seat" mastermind session
- One or more pre-determined members explain a challenge they are experiencing or share a new idea. The rest of the group gives feedback, ideas and support.
9:45-10:15: Second "sweet seat" mastermind session
10:15-10:30: Reconvene for take-aways and closing thoughts
10:30-11:00: Optional co-working time to work on one thing you need to do

Bi-Monthly "Power Session" Trainings

Subject matter experts will deliver 90-minute online trainings focused on Vision, Income and Power.

Recordings of the sessions will live in the Member Resource Library and accessible to all VIP members.

Quarterly 1:1 Coaching

It's so helpful to have outside eyes on your business. Your coaching sessions are designed to address whatever your needs are at the time.

At your convenience, you will have a 60-minute coaching session will either Jill or Jasmine.

Jill coaches on business opportunities, roadblocks and mindset. Jasmine coaches on marketing.

Monthly Real Talk Sessions

Twice a month, we host Real Talk--in person on the 3rd Thursday and online on the 4th Thursday. These sessions include a guided discussion on a mindset-related topic, plus mini "sweet seat" mastermind conversations.

Monthly Co-Working Day Pass

Join us for a day each month at our collaborative Incubator space. You'll also receive member pricing for space rental there (Boardroom, Classroom, Lounge).
